Why Choose Flood Titan
Locally Owned.
Built On
Trust.
Flood Titan Restoration was built because DFW homeowners deserve a local expert they can actually trust, not a national franchise routing calls through a 1-800 number. When you call 817-95-FLOOD, you reach our local team directly. We are IICRC certified, based in Southlake, and committed to restoring your home right the first time.
Most of our Google reviews mention our team members by name. Shannon called during a snowstorm. Justin during an ice storm. Every single one got a 5-star experience. That is our standard on every job.
60-Minute Response. If we cannot be on-site within 60 minutes in most of DFW, we will tell you before we dispatch, not after. No surprises.

Equipped & Ready Anywhere in DFW

When You Call
What Happens Next
From the first ring to the final walkthrough, the same crew handles your loss. No handoff to a separate reconstruction company. Here is what we do, in order, when we arrive.
Phone Triage
Allan or a credentialed Flood Titan technician answers. We classify the loss, dispatch immediately, give you an ETA, and walk you through what to shut off before we arrive.
On-Site Within 60 Minutes
Across most of DFW. If we cannot make 60 minutes, we tell you before dispatch so you can decide. No false promises.
FLIR Scan & Map
Thermal imaging and moisture meters map the actual wet footprint. We document the loss to IICRC S500 standards before any demolition.
Extract & Contain
Truck-mounted extractors pull standing water. Containment set under negative-air pressure for Category 2 and Category 3 losses.
Psychrometric Drying
LGR dehumidifiers and air movers calculated to S500 load. Equipment runs 24/7. Daily moisture readings logged on every affected material.
Document the Claim
Photo log, FLIR images, daily moisture logs, Xactimate scope in carrier-aligned language. We bill the carrier directly. Your deductible is your only cost.
Rebuild Same Crew
Drywall, texture, paint, base trim, flooring. Same project number, same point of contact, start to finish. Certificate of completion at handoff.

“We had a massive water leak at our home during the snowstorm a few months ago that was bad enough to force our whole family to temporarily move out. It was an incredibly stressful and emotional time, especially with young kids who didn’t fully understand why we had to leave our house. Highly recommend.”
“Working with this company has been nothing but a smooth experience. They took the time to explain everything to me and ensure that I am getting quality service. Communication and alignment amongst the team was A+ superb across the board. I am very happy with the end product and will utilize these guys again should I ever have a need.”
“Allan and his crew were a lifesaver. We had water coming up through the floor from a slab leak and I called Flood Titan late in the evening — they were at our house within the hour. “5- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently referred my son to Allan Lummer, the owner of Flood Titan Restoration, after his back room was flooded due to the recent rainstorm. Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions
If your question is not here, just call us. Our team answers questions 24/7.
How fast can you respond to water damage in DFW? +
Our goal is to be on-site within 60 minutes anywhere in the DFW metroplex, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are based in Southlake and dispatch directly. If we cannot meet 60 minutes for your specific location, we will tell you before dispatching, never after.
Do you work directly with my insurance company? +
Yes. We work with all major insurance carriers including State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, and many others. We communicate directly with your adjuster, provide complete documentation, and handle the claim process so you can focus on getting your home back to normal.
What does water damage restoration cost in Texas? +
Costs vary widely based on the source, the area affected, and whether mold has developed. Most water damage jobs in DFW are covered by homeowners insurance, so you only pay your deductible. We do not quote dollar figures sight-unseen. Call 817-95-FLOOD for a free same-day on-site assessment, and we will scope the job accurately and bill insurance directly.
Are you IICRC certified? +
Yes. Flood Titan Restoration is an IICRC Certified Firm, registration number 70249559. The IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is the global certification body that sets the industry standard for restoration work. Our technicians follow IICRC S500 standards on every job.
How long does water damage drying take? +
Most residential drying jobs take 3 to 5 days with industrial dehumidifiers and air movers running continuously. Larger jobs or those involving hardwood floors can take 7 to 10 days. We monitor moisture levels daily and only remove equipment when readings confirm the structure is fully dry.
What should I do while waiting for you to arrive? +
Stop the water source if you can do so safely (turn off the main water valve). Move valuable items off wet floors. Do NOT use a regular vacuum on water. Do NOT enter rooms with sagging ceilings. Take photos for your insurance. Stay out of any area with electrical hazards until power is shut off.
Do you handle mold remediation? +
We perform mold inspection, thermal imaging detection, risk assessment, and contained removal up to 25 contiguous square feet under the Texas TDLR exemption. For larger remediation jobs, we coordinate with TDLR licensed mold remediation contractors. We never recommend ignoring mold once detected.
Will my homeowners insurance cover the damage? +
Most sudden and accidental water damage is covered by standard homeowners policies. Common covered scenarios include burst pipes, supply line failures, and storm damage. Gradual leaks, flooding from outside the home (without flood insurance), and damage from poor maintenance are typically not covered. We can help you review your coverage.
What cities do you serve? +
We serve the entire DFW Metroplex including Southlake, Westlake, Trophy Club, Keller, Colleyville, Grapevine, Plano, Frisco, Flower Mound, McKinney, and 30+ other cities across Tarrant, Denton, Dallas, and Collin counties. View our full service areas page for the complete list.
What types of water damage do you handle? +
Burst pipes, slab leaks, supply line failures, water heater leaks, AC drain pan overflow, washing machine and dishwasher floods, sewage backup, storm flooding, hail damage, ice storm pipe bursts, foundation seepage, and roof leaks. If water is where it should not be, we handle it.
Do you offer free inspections? +
Yes. We come out and assess your situation at no charge. For insurance claims, we work directly with your adjuster on insurance-aligned billing. For self-pay jobs, we provide pricing as soon as we have enough information to be accurate.
